Navratri Ninth Day : Worship Maa Siddhidatri

The 9th day of Navaratri i.e 14th October 2021 is celebrated as the festival for Goddess Siddhidatri. The goddess is known for having supernatural healing powers.

The goddess represents the blissful state of mind, just like the sky on a clear day.

People celebrate these nine days by fasting and dressing up in different colors on these auspicious days.
Last but not least, the ninth and final day is dedicated to Devi Siddhidaatri, who is believed to possess all knowledge and wisdom. This day is denoted by purple, so you could have a handful of Anjeer or figs that are easily available in this season.

Goddess Siddhidatri is worshiped by men, women, gods, demons, and yakshas. She has four arms, clad in a red color saree and sitting in the lotus flower. As per Markand Purana, this goddess aids devotees in attaining Siddhis in Mahima, Garima, Ladhima, Prapti, Prakaamya, Ishitya, and Vashvita. By worshiping wholeheartedly this goddess, one will bestows with Siddhi, happiness and pure heart.
